Walsh Moving & Storage services all of the South Bay, Long Beach and surrounding areas.
Our rates start at $90.00 an hour for two men and a truck. And add $30.00 an hour per extra man. For example 3 men would cost $120.00 per hour. There are no fuel taxes, or any other taxes added, just a straight hourly rate. If you are moving out of the 20 mile radius service area add $5.00 per hour. For example if we move you with two men the rate would be $95.00. The time starts when we arrive at your residence, and ends when the move is complete. The time is calculated in 15-minute increments. We have a 2 hour minimum. |

Like most movers we are regulated by the PUC and the drive time between your pick-up address and the destination is doubled (for example: 30 minutes drive time = 1 Hour)

All pieces of furniture will be blanket wrapped, with specially designed moving blankets (included in the move). Free use of wardrobe boxes (to be brought the day of the move and taken back when your move is complete). |
We handle every kind of move including:
- small on-site moves (like moving a bookshelf from upstairs to downstairs)
- moving you from apartment to apartment
- full pack and move of a 5 bedroom house
- moving pianos and antiques
